What is the IEP conversation lounge?

Aloha from Hilo, Hawaii! ^_^ Thank you for visiting the IEP Conversation Partners Blog. My name is Emi, assistant of Hawaii Community College Inteisive English Program (IEP).

Once a week, the IEP students have time to talk with a native conversation partner for one hour. They practice real English conversation, and learn how to express their ideas in English. Most of the IEP students said the time made them motivated to study English.

Hi! My name is Tiffany Balala and I'm a conversation partner and tutor for IEP. The Conversation Lounge is an excellent way for students who are learning English as a second language to interact with people who speak English. It's an educational and very fun way for students to learn the language!
